Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please send us an email at info@vanlova.com to request a return/refund. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Exchanges

We want you to be stoked to rock your Vanlova Clothing    purchase, and we know that sizing issues can get in the way of that. That's why we are happy to offer free exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (if you tried on your item once, that's OK). Send us an email at info@vanlova.com to request an exchange. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back to us. Please note that we can't guarantee the availability of your item in a different size. If the size you want is sold out, we may be able to offer you an exchange for a different available item, or you can simply return your item for a refund.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damage, defective, or incorrect item (e.g. the wrong color or wrong size), first, know that we're sorry! Then, email us at info@vanlova.com within 30 days of your purchase. We will replace or refund your item as soon as possible.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@vanlova.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

We'll cover the shipping cost for returned or exchanged items.
